How It Works
From sample kit to shipment, in four steps
No minimum-commitment negotiations, no opaque broker chains. You evaluate the product and its documentation first — then we ship, fast.
01
Request a sample kit
Tell us the product and rough volume — email is all we need. We confirm availability and get your sample kit moving, with the lot's Certificate of Analysis shared before you order.
No commitment
02
Evaluate with the CoA
Test the product in your own application while checking the paper matches the bean: moisture, vanillin, microbiology, lot number. No commitment yet.
On your timeline
03
Confirm specs & pricing
We lock in grade, packaging format, labeling, volume, and pricing — from a single pound to container scale, private label included.
Typically one business day
04
Your order ships
Confirmed orders are dispatched promptly, with lot-level traceability and documentation. Repeat and multi-season programs get planned allocation.
